A set of 5 large pieces of milk glass hand picked from Seaham and North East English beaches - exactly as seen in the photos.
Opaque Glass originated in 16th century Venice and came in a variety of colors, including white, green, pink, yellow, blue, and brown. The white variety rose to prominence during the Victorian era.
These pieces are unusually large and the biggest piece is clearly marked - really interesting.
The pieces are photographed next to a 5p piece - almost identical to a US dime.
